The Esler Family Foundation
Strategy & Initiative Development • Community Engagement • Event Production & Facilitation
We have been working with the Esler Family Foundation to help them focus their brand narrative, produce and facilitate virtual events, and build out their foundation’s engagement and initiatives strategy.
In September of 2021, we produced an event for the foundation with New York Times bestselling author of The Sum of Us, Heather McGhee that engaged Worcester and other Massachusetts Gateway Cities in a talk about racial equity. Through our work, we established a partner network to support the event, coordinated marketing and communications, and designed and facilitated the agenda. The virtual event had over 1,700 registered attendees, 850+ active attendees, and reached over 50,000 people across social media platforms.
We are continuing our work with the Esler Family Foundation to elevate their community engagement efforts and design initiatives that further their mission to improve racial equity and mental health in communities.
