Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion Facilitation • Employee Resource Group Development & Alignment • Corporate DEI Strategy

 

Our team worked closely with TRI’s Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement to support the advancement of DEI initiatives across three core areas:

  1. DEI strategic planning and goal setting informed by strategic workshops, talking tours, and community engagement.

  2. Expanding the capacity of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) through vision and action workshops, strategy development, and training; and

  3. Establishing best practices for building trusting and resilient teams through training, building community agreements, and providing resources including shared definitions for DEI discussions and information on authentic allyship.

As part of our work, we designed and implemented a DEI Advisory Group that brought together ERG leaders and appointed members of each division across the organization to discuss and help guide diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

As part of our strategy development work, we worked with the DEI team to establish Strategic Clusters to identify key areas of focus and built logic models to inform initiative implementation across these areas informed by workshops with ERGs, the Executive Leadership Team, and divisions across the organization.
